Makerspaces are collaborative work spaces containing tools and equipment that allow people to enter with an idea & leave with a project. If you have an idea, you can make it at a Makerspace!
We are excited to announce that we have opened a Makerspace at our Thibodaux Branch at 705 West Fifth Street. The Makerspace provides a hands-on creative space for patrons to invent, collaborate, and design as they transform their ideas into reality. The Makerspace is reserved specifically for the use of creating. Patrons may use other areas in the library to read, relax, or do other work not related to DIY projects.
