What is it?

This portable roller machine cuts and embosses many different materials. With its 9” wide cutting path, you can use the Big Shot Plus with everything from large 9"-wide plastic-backed dies to the smallest thin metal dies. The Big Shot Plus Machine and accessories will also work with other brands' dies and embossing tools, including letter sheet sized embossing folders available from several brands, so this machine opens up a world of possibilities! In order to ensure compatibility, make sure to check machine and accessory requirements.

What can I do?

Create one-of-a-kind cards, invitations, scrapbook pages & elements, home décor items, fashion accessories, altered art projects, quilts, and so much more!  The Sizzix Big Shot Plus cuts and embosses many different materials such as paper, vellum, fabric, chipboard, and cork to make your creative vision a reality.

What do I need?

  • 20-100 lb. paper or other material to be cut or embossed -paper, tissue, cardstock, felt, cork, and balsa wood up to 9" wide.

What materials can I use?

A variety of materials can be cut with the Sizzix.  These include template plastic, embossed felt, sticky backed felt, plain felt, glitter card, flock paper, craft foam, cork, cellophane, gift wrap, embossed card, vellum, velvet, burlap, cardboard, cardstock, napkins, and more.
