Since I Fell for You is the sixteenth book in the Sullivan series by Bella Andre. This book focuses on the New York branch of Sullivans. It is a stand-alone book, however there are a great deal of repeating characters. Andre does a good job of weaving them into this new story. Suzanne Sullivan is a woman with three overprotective brothers. As the owner of her own digital security programming company, Suzanne started receiving attacks on her servers and prank phone calls. Her brothers hired a bodyguard for her. Suzanne does not receive this news well. As a self-sufficient woman in her thirties, Suzanne doesn’t feel that she needs a bodyguard. When the threats to her escalate and her apartment catches fire, Suzanne rethinks her stand on bodyguards.
Roman Huson overcame his rough childhood and opened a security company. A friend of her brothers and an impressive businessman on his own, Roman personally takes on Suzanne’s case. As Roman’s respect for Suzanne’s brain power and business sense increase, so does his attraction. The two are thrown together in situations that test their willpower toward one another.
If you are a fan of happily-ever-after romance, this book is for you! It is a light read that fulfills the thirst for a fun family-filled romance. The Sullivan family is intensely loyal and close. It was really nice to catch up with other Sullivan’s in Roman and Suzanne’s story. This title is available at your library in book format. Happy Reading!
