If you enjoy suspenseful psychological thrillers, Don’t Look for Me by Wendy Walker should be added to your “To Be Read” list.
Years after Molly Clarke’s family is devastated by a horrific accident, she goes missing. Or does she really? Molly’s children are bitter and unforgiving towards her. Her husband has become distant and his love for her seems to have grown cold. Who could blame Molly for wanting to run away from this family?
One night while driving home during a terrible storm, Molly considers running away. Shortly after stopping near a closed convenience store, Molly seems to have vanished. Did she purposely abandon her family, or was she abducted? The police believe this is a case of abandonment, but Molly’s daughter, Nicole, can’t accept it and she continues investigating her mother’s disappearance.
This suspense-filled drama drew me in from the very beginning and held my interest until the very end. Don’t Look for Me is packed with edge of your seat tension and unhinged characters. The unexpected twists and turns this story takes will keep you guessing until the last page.
