While the Lafourche Parish Library can’t physically send you on your dream excursion, we can help you Book a trip @ your library!

LPPL will be offering fun and entertaining book lover events for all ages in March and April at our Thibodaux, South Lafourche, and Lockport branch libraries. These events are designed to help you find great resources on travel, recreation, kid-friendly activities— anything you can imagine. Have a favorite reading genre (romance, mystery, science fiction, etc.), format (eBook, Large Print, audiobook)? We can help with all of this and more!

With help from our partners at NoveList, let our staff book a trip for you through a world of discovery, imagination, and delight. Here’s a list of just some of the amazing resources we will share with you:

So grab your passport (or library card!) and book your spot at one of our Book a Trip events:

• All aboard for our kick off in Lockport on Saturday, March 25th, from 10am to 1pm

• Our second stop will be on Saturday, April 8th in South Lafourche from 1pm to 4pm

• The final destination is at the Thibodaux branch on Saturday, April 29th from 10am to 1pm
