Teens, do you want something fun to fill up your days? Maybe you’d like to bring home neat stuff that you made yourself to impress your friends and decorate your space? Well, your search is over! Beginning in April, the Thibodaux Branch has some exciting just-for-teens/tweens crafts planned! Our two April crafts will include, on Saturday April 8th, a paper-pieced spring self-portrait and, on Wednesday April 12th, A DIY egg geode!
We have plenty of fun and exciting ideas for future crafts as well! For instance, in May we will be making dream-catchers using beads, feathers, and plenty of imagination! Other examples of the things we have in store (or should I say, in library) for you include book-binding your own one-of-a-kind journal and a holder for your e-reader/tablet made from an up-cycled hardcover book! Unique bookmarks, paper crafts, pendants, macramé; you name it and we’re going to try to find a way for you to make it! We have craft ideas galore for you throughout the year, so please stop by, or call, and register as soon as you can!
