That’s why LPPL now offers free and unlimited access to the Brain HQ database. This brain fitness training was developed by a team of top neuroscientists with exercises proven to make real and lasting improvements to brain function.

Brain training is designed to fit each unique individual’s brain and lifestyle, and exercises dynamically adapt to individual performance so you are always working at your optimum level. Personalized exercises are organized into six categories: Attention, Brain Speed, Memory, People Skills, Intelligence, and Navigation. Complete more than two dozen courses to train your intelligence and increase cognitive function. There is something to meet each user’s brain training need.

Most of us have busy lives and can’t imagine adding in time for brain training. Brain HQ makes training convenient by breaking up exercises into 2-minute segments, so that you can train while you wait for an appointment or any other time you have a few minutes free. Getting started is super simple. Find the Brain HQ icon on our Research Databases page and have your library card handy. Follow the onscreen prompts to set up your free account. Then you can log in on any computer or download the Brain HQ app on your iPad. Brain HQ tracks your progress regardless of what device you’re working on, so you get credit for all your hard work.
