Are you (or do you know) a teen who is interested in learning about different cultures?
This year the Thibodaux branch of LPPL started something new and pretty exciting! We will be holding monthly meetings of a cultural club for teens. During these meetings we will be learning fun facts about cultures (a different one every month!) as well as experiencing different foods from that culture and more!
We started with English/British culture in January. We were able to taste some traditional English treats and all of the club members were sent home with their own pack of Twinings brand tea to try, complete with instructions. For February, we are planning to explore French culture.
