Calling All Adults!: Summer Fun at the Library!

Although there are numerous programs and activities for children at the library, adults can also find lots to do at the library as well.

The month of July is packed with opportunities to get fit, create, have fun, and explore new ideas and experiences.

There are regular exercise programs offered at several branches, such as “Cardio Crew” at Bayou Blue and Raceland Branches, “Get Fit” at Lockport Branch, and “Afternoon Yoga” at Larose Branch. You can join the fun of Line Dancing at the South Lafourche Branch.

There are Book Club sessions to discuss your favorite books, classes to learn a new language, opportunities for a “Monthly Manicure,” and a variety of craft activities throughout the month.
