Police Week 2019 @ Your Library


John F. Kennedy designated May 15 as Peace Officers Memorial Day back in 1962 making the week in which the date falls Police Week. Since then, communities around our country have rallied to honor and commemorate men and women called to protect and serve. Lafourche Libraries make the most of this opportunity to celebrate our local police. Want to get involved?
